Love it

We went to L.A. today and it was so fun. I love bartering with the sales people, walking the streets, people watching and last but not least... getting a sweet bargain. Noah was so good, actually the best he's ever been in L.A.

-At the end of the day-

Oh and if you've never been this is what it looks like... dreamy.

Baby shower ideas...

So excited to finally be throwing this girlie a baby shower. She worked SO hard to get pregnant and a little boy is finally on his way. So... now I need your ideas and tips for the shower. I researched today and found a few things but thought my blog friends would have the best ideas! Thanks!

Ummmm

Someone got a hold of Mommy's lipstick. And Noah got a haircut... he was looking a little shaggy.

Re-fashion

My cousin Sarah is pregnant with twins, a boy and girl. While I was visiting in Utah I re-fashioned 2 baby outfits made from a dress shirt that used to belong to our sweet Grandpa Hall.

(I dyed the onsie and elastic waistband. All the buttons are from Our Grandma Halls "Vintage" button collection. I always love a good excuse to make something.)

Tailoring

This little girlie and I signed up for school, we're taking a Womens tailoring class. We just had our first class yesterday and turns out we're going to learn to make our own suits. I am so excited to learn some new skills. I'll keep you posted on how it's going. Here are a few pics that are giving me inspiration.

And he is much easier to shop with when he has a Jamba Juice in his hands. Christmas pictures will be posted soon.
