Dreaming of my own...

So we're home. First thing on the list this morning: laundry. First off, all of you who own your own washer and dryer... be grateful! This is me right about now:

Okay not really, but close. Sharing a laundry room with everyone and their dog is not fun. Our laundry never really smells clean and I am getting tired of cleaning out the lint. Today it was filled with (Someone else's) hair, sand, and lint. Yuck, I hate putting my fingers in there! So today I am dreaming of my own bright, clean, yummy smelling, fresh, laundry room. Someday...

Vacation

At least me and Noah are on vacation. Dave (Sadly) never gets to join us, he is always studying. We are in Utah living it up. Noah is having a blast playing with his cousins. Noah is making me laugh so much on this trip because he has learned a few new things including covering his mouth when he coughs, signing "more" and "all gone", and has discoverd that Nana and Papa's fountain in the back yard makes a great swimming pool. He loves all the attention! It's so fun for us to be with Family!

Happy Fathers Day

Our morning consisted of presents, bran pancakes, bacon, chocolate milk, hugs, giggles and tomatoes. Lots of tomatoes. Hope all you Dad's have a great day.

Taking steps

Noah is ALMOST walking! He takes a few steps at a time then drops, he's going to figure it out soon. He walked to me the other day and when he finally got to me we both laughed, it was so fun. I don't have any pictures yet but I will post some soon.

Ive' been crocheting (I know, so grandma) Noah a blanket and he loves to play with the yarn and crochet hooks. Silly boy.

And him and his lion. He loves stuffed animals so much.
And today I opened my blog at Carrie's and realized the music is kind of annoying, so I got rid of it.

Pineapple is 52

Happy Birthday Dad! He is 52 today, man he is getting old! I adore my Dad. He's funny, dependable, handy, and pretty much the smartest man in town. I can always count on him. Sorry to everyone else but I'm pretty sure I got the best Dad ever. Hope your day is awesome Pineapple!

June nymcn

Last night at craft night I made some totally sweet "K2" gauchos and a rockin' "Guns n Roses" baby gown for a future baby. Both items made out of T-shirts, I still need to add elastic to the bottom of the gown and to the top of the pants. It was so fun... as usual.

Crap happens

Yesterday Noah and me went to Disneyland with a few friends. We had such a good time, we ate ice cream, went on some rides, got a balloon and lost the stroller off the tram on our way back to the car! When we turned the first corner it went flying off, I guess the brakes weren't securely locked as I thought they were! It flipped, lost the front tire and everything inside it went everywhere. I guess I now know why they make you take you baby out (Even if they are sleeping) while driving on the tram! Everything including my camera and cell phone were fine, but the stroller itself took a bit of a beating. Guess it was time for a new one anyway.

Absolutely enjoying

My home grown tomatoes! I pulled about 7 off this week and there are many more to come! Growing a garden is so satisfying, it's so fun picking the fruit or vegetables you've grown yourself! This year we are growing onions, tomatoes, peppers, oranges, strawberries, and celery. Loving it!
