This is restaurant good. It's easy and everyone will love it.
ingredients
-1 chuck roast (Size depends on how many you are feeding)
-Rootbeer (makes the meat taste sweet)
-a couple spoonfuls of browns sugar (Besides the 2 Tbsp. in sauce)
barbecue sauce
1/2 C. Catchup
4 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
Put roast in crock pot and pour enough Rootbeer to cover entire roast and spoon brown sugar over the top. Cook on low heat 10 hours, when finished drain and shred with fork. Boil all sauce ingredients together and pour over meat. Serve with chips and pickles.
-If you have a lot of meat you will need to double sauce recipe
