This little dude is ready to crawl! He can't do it yet, but I think he will soon! His little face just makes me melt, Ooooh I just love him!

Bree's wedding

I had the opportunity of doing my girlfriend Bree's hair today for her wedding. She looked amazing, thats all there was to it. Her dress was so, so beautiful! It was raining this morning so we were a little worried for the out door wedding but the rain cleared and it was perfect outside. I don't think I have ever seen such a clear day here in Orange County. Her wedding was in Corona Del Mar (Which is in Newport), looking right over the water, it was gorgeous. I feel so lucky to have shared such an important day with Bree!

Have you felt the bubbles melt?

Introducing chelsey's favorite candy bar, the Aero. I was first introduced to these about 2 years ago when I was in DC visiting my Aunt Virginia. While giving us a tour of the monuments she pulled out her goodie bag filled with Aero bars. It was love at first sight (or taste)! They are SO yummy, the bubbles really do melt in your mouth. If you have not tried them you better rush off to your local World Market and hook yourself up!

Happy Birthday DJ

Happy 22nd birthday to my favorite little brother! I absolutely adore you. I love your sweet innocence, your darling smile and your funny personality. I feel so blessed to have you in my life! You are an everyday inspiration to me, I love you so much and hope your birthday is wonderful!

Rascal Flatts

AMAZING!!! Thats pretty much all I have to say about this concert! They are SO talented and put on such a good show. The stage was really cool (As you can see) and so were the fireworks, it was romantic listening to the music under the stars! It was a cultural experience, Dave had his bum grabbed, I waited in the longest bathroom line I have ever been in, and I think we were the only people without a beer in each hand. Besides that, we had a blast!

Oooops, Mommy gave Noah chocolate chip cookies....... and he loved them!

Ooooooh baby

Noah has started this new thing where he goes "Ooooooh" his little lips look so funny, it's like he is trying so hard to express himself!

He also LOVES checking himself out in the mirror! He giggles and screams at himself, he thinks he's a babe!

Sara took pictures of Noah today and I am SO excited to see them! I have seen 4 of them already and am so anxious to see the rest. We had such a good time we stopped for pastries, checked out an art museum, and had a few laughs. Thanks Sara, you're the best.

A day to remember

7 years ago today I started my first day of cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell academy of hair design. It was a day filled with both excitement and nervousness. I had no idea September 11 would become so significant. I remember on September 11 one year later, my friend Ammon and I were walking around the hair school giggling and playing around when they called us into the classroom and turned on the television. We all sat in silence as we watched the horrific terror attack, I will never forget the sadness I felt as I watched. What a sad day. I am grateful to all those who gave their lives trying to save another, and to all those who did save lives. We are so blessed to live in a free country, and I am so thankful for it. Six years have flown by but today, 9/11 is a day that will never be forgotten.

Costume shopping

I took Noah shopping for a Halloween costume and he loved it, he was totally laughing and smiling, it was so cute. We ended up with the peacock. Dave is not so sure about it, he thinks it looks like a girl costume, so I think we might be on the look out for a different one! The caterpillar was cute but it smooshed his eyes, thats why we go the peacock. If you love it, I got it at Babystyle, they have really cute costumes and.... they are on sale! Which do you like? And do you have any excellent costume ideas?

Lucky me

I am one lucky lady! A giant box filled with lot's of fabulous stuff arrived on my door step a couple days ago, thanks to Becky my swap partner. She sent the most darling items and I am so pleased! I love the frame and the giant paper clip! She was very generous! Thank you, thank you Becky...I love it all!

Labor Day weekend

For Labor day we went San Diego with Ryan and Jen. We went to Sea world Sunday night. We got soaked by Shamu and ate churros and frozen lemonade! Noah was loving the show, he was smiling so much! We ate at Cheesecake factory 2 days in a row, it was so good the first time that we couldn't resist the second time. We were pool side all day on Monday, both Alyssa and Noah went in the water, they loved it! We had so much fun and even though we were only a couple hours from home it felt like we were far, far away on a seriously awesome vacation!

Happy birthday Carli

Happy birthday to my wonderful and darling sister Carli! I want her birthday to be ultra exciting so..... I hired "Bertha the birthday fairy" to deliver Carli a singing telegram! Hope Bertha made your day extra special!

Royal treatment

Well yesterday morning I went downstairs to find some pretty little flowers from Dave. I was not expecting that at all. Then when he came home from work he handed me an envelope and inside were tickets to Rascal Flatts for the 15th! Oh I am totally excited, I have always wanted to see them live! And thats not all.... I woke up today to pancakes, bacon and chocolate milk! What a guy I have, he really does treat me so good! Thanks for everything Dave, you make life so fun!
