Happy Anniversary

I know, I have been slacking on the postings lately. But I have been pretty busy! We took a trip to Santa Maria to visit our friends Cameron and Rachel. While there we went to the Santa Barbara county fair and saw Josh Gracin in concert. It was so fun. While there Noah saw his first pig and dicovered his hand, Dave got a closer look at his dream truck and I got the yummiest cookie recipe from Rachel. We went to Corona del mar and Manhattan beach and both were so beautiful. Then last Sunday we had a barbeque with Ryan, Jen, Rory and Mike. We played phase ten and there is always lots of laughter when we play that game!
We went to Huntington Beach to celebrate the fourth. We had breakfast at The Filling Station, which just started the day off so good. Then we headed to Hb. There were so many people there that we drove around for 45 minutes before we found a parking space. That was kind of a joke. We walked around the shops and saw some crazy people! I saw a few different guys riding their bikes backwards, and a guy with a huge iguana on his arm riding his bike. Our friends Kelly and Jeff invited us to their parents house for dinner, they live just a few blocks from the water. We had dinner there and then walked to the beach to see the fireworks. It was a great day and I am so thankful to live in a free country!
While visiting Utah one of my wishes was to go to the fabric store and pick out a few projects. Lucky for me, Carli and my Mom were up for the trip. We went to a few different places and found alot of really cute fabrics and patterns. I left with some projects to keep me busy through the summer. I started one today and will keep my progress posted. I've got my fingers crossed that they all turn out successful! And thanks Car and Mom for all your help, I couldn't have done it without you!
